Hi there,I’ve just purchased my Eurail 10 days in 2 months pass, however, I can’t quite understand how I make reservations… Someone posted a link to a guide but alot of the websites weren’t for the places I was going and do I need to now pay extra to reserve seats? I’d love to just rock up and get on a train but alot of these say reservation required.. I booked seats for our family (2 adults/2 kids) from Offenburg/Karlsruhe to London St Pancras and managed to get seat reservations on the Interrrail website for TGV/ICE and Eurostar. My problem is that I now cannot find that exact trip on the mobile app trip planner. So I cannot save a trip and then link that trip to our passes. I found the connections e.g. train numbers we need (at least for the outbound) on the DB website but not the return trip.  How do I connect these specific trains to my mobile pass?

Hi!GREEK ISLAND PASS (PAPER) + CHILDI can’t seem to be able to reserve seats online for my child 10 yrs. I was issued an adult paper pass + child pass under the same paper pass cover (i.e. same pass cover number). When trying to book online for one of the ferry lines, there’s an error notice at the very end saying that "the document must be unique for every trip route". Does this mean that the child should have their own pass cover and number?I managed to insert as an adult for the online system to give the free island pass rate, but in the end the system refuses to book for the child. Thanks very much for your advice! 

Where do I pay for the additional supplement for PKP EIP train from Krakow to Warsaw? Somewhere in advance, at the station before departure or onboard the train?

I have been trying for several days to book my reservation for a leg of my family’s trip between two Spanish cities. In the booking website I can see the value of each trip but when clicking, there is a message about online booking are not possible and that we should only book at a train station in Madrid.A friend of mine who lives in Madrid tried to buy the seats for me today with all my details, but she couldn't do it because the person at the station wouldn’t sell th seats if she does not have a QR code in the Eurorail App.This means we would be only able to book our seats once we get to Spain, for travelling the next day, which is very uncertain and stressing for a family of four with young children. This situation is under no circumstance something mentioned in the global pass Q & A or terms and conditions and it is making the planning of our holidays very stressful.I would like an explanation ASAP, and exact dates about when we will be able to book online for trains in Spain

I would like to take the train from Munich on 13th of July in the evening to that I could go with the night train. But I cannot buy the ticket , not cause it is sold out simply because the mail with ticket will not arrive in time.Is there then no way for me catch that train? Is my only oppoertunity to wait to get to German to buy it? It seem weirde that I cannot make a seat reservation online.. I really look forward for some help.Kind regards,Ani:))))

Hello!I’m traveling through Spain right now. On my first day traveling, I planned to take a train from Vigo to Madrid, but I couldn’t because there were no seat reservations available when I reached the Spanish ticket office at the station. However, I had already put this ride in my pass and marked the day (July 1st) as a travel day. Since the day had already begun, I couldn’t cancel that travel day, so I ended up using a travel day even though I didn’t take any trains using my pass. Instead, I had to travel the next day and use an unplanned travel day.  Now, I have one less travel today than I need to complete my trip. I tried contacting customer service through the chat bot to try to resolve this issue, but I haven’t heard back. Is there another way to contact someone? 

I'm hoping someone can help. I have purchased my reservations on the website, but they are not showing on the app. If I try to add a journey in the app, the journeys I have reserved are not available on the time table.  How do I get tickets please?  totally confused.  should I remove the app and start again? 

Coucou!I’m trying to leave from France going over Germany to Italy with the Intervall Global Pass. But as it happened to many others, I believe, I cannot book seat reservation only for SNCF. It’s not working neither over the interrail portal nor over the SNCF site. Apologies, we’re new to this, but can’t get through to https://www.myinterrail.co.uk/ on the phone and are waiting for support emails to be replied.How do I find out if specific trains are available BEFORE booking our Interrail Pass?​​​​​​​On https://www.interrail.eu/en/book-reservations#/ - it shows an 08:30 train from Caen to Paris on Sunday 24th July, but I can’t find this exact service on SNCF / other train ticket websites. It looks like the only train that connects well with our ferry into Caen and that will also get us to Paris in time to connect with trains down to Port-bou. I appreciate we’ve left this a bit late (passport problems etc), but it feels like our entire holiday hinges on whether we can book this 08:30 train... Thanks in advance

hello! does anyone know if my 11y.o. can travel on her own with her pass? it would be one journey in germany. our passes are shown separetely in the app.appreciate any help! 

I’m going travelling with all my friends in July and one of the train times has come up for all my friends but not for me. It has an option to add it manually but I’m nervous that that won’t be valid. If anyone knows what else I can do I’d be so great full! 

Dear fellow travelers, I am quite confused with Inter Rail's reservation tool. Hopefully you can help me! The situation is as follows: I bought an Interrail pass a while ago. With that pass I want to take the train from Milan to Brig (Switzerland). The app states that I have to make a seat reservation for this train. When I wanted to use the online reservation tool to make this reservation, I was not able to select any price/seat (see picture below), while the app shows me that the reservation costs are €11.  Does this mean the train is already fully booked? Or am I doing something wrong?  Thanks in advance!  

Hello! I’m planning on taking the 20:30 train today july 5th  from amsterdam centraal to Lyon 13:30 july 6th via Switzerland (basel, geneve etc) and then somehow from Lyon to Nice ideally the same day since I have four days booked there from the 6th. I’ve done some research but the decision regarding “banning” interrail in the Paca region has made it significantly harder. Do you guys have any suggestions or should I perhaps cancel the two nights over there that I still can cancell.

I added the pass to my app. Then my phone reset and I had to redownload the app. Now I can't add it to the app anymore because it says it's already loaded on another device. How can I do this? I'm leaving in less than a week!

I am having a very frustrating afternoon.  I want to pay for several train reservations via the website.  I get to the penultimate page, but the ‘proceed to payment‘ link is inactive (see below).  I have tried paying one reservation at a time as well as trying to pay for several at the same time, but the payment link remains inactive.  I am worried that if I don’t make the reservations soon, the required trips will be booked up. 

I have booked the trip and saved it to my pass from  Paris Cdg2 Tgv Roissy to Nimes. However, I can not make seat reservations for any of the trains. I get this message when I try: “No price results were found for this connection. It is possible that the train is fully booked for pass holders. Please try searching for another connection or find an alternative way to book.”This is for all of the trips even when I go months out.Will I have to buy individual train tickets for all of my trips? 

Hi there! I hope someone can help me out.I’m trying to book reservations for the train from Bergen to Myrdal on July 23rd (either departing at 8:15 or 8:29). For the first option I can only book paper tickets which won’t work because they won’t arrive in time, for the second option it shows me fares but doesn’t let me add the tickets to my cart. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?I tried calling Entur to book the tickets with them but was hold in the line for an hour with no results.Does anyone know if it’s possible to book the reservations and pick them up at a train station in Norway instead of having them sent by post? Is it possible maybe to contact Entur in a different way than through the hotline?Every answer will be very much appreciated! (I’m freaking out a bit here because we have all the hotels and night train reservations booked for our trip and it would crash the whole plan if we couldn’t get on one of those trains. 😅)

Hi all, I'm brand new and I am getting confused.I bought a mobile pass and I am now asked to connect a trip to my pass. If I connect the trips I am planning right now and activate it later, can I still change the trips? Or should i for now only add my outbound trip and only connect the rest just before travelling to remain flexible?  Thanks a lot for the information!
