Hello, my name is Candela Martínez. Today I bought my global pass for 7 days in one month but now the web page won´t let me buy the reservation for the trip I want. It is super important I book the train I want because I have a flight after that train that I can't miss.  The problem is that I was about to buy the reservation for the train from London St Pancrass 5:30am to Paris 9:20 and then the page said there was an error and now it says that prices are unavailable and that I have to try later. Please I need help with this. This pass is the only reason I took a 7 day pass and also, my plane ticket depends on it. Thank you

Desde mexico hicimos una reserva en la aplicación de eurorail y fuimos planeando el viaje y reservando . Nos decían que ya en el primer destino que era Madrid debíamos de sacar el boleto y ahí nos asignarían el número de asientos y pagaríamos el extra !! cual fue nuestra sorpresa que al llegar a la ventanilla de renfe en Madrid nos dijero que no había salidas a paris y que nuestras reservan no sirven para nada 👀 entoncess que se hace en esos casos !!!! Así es siempre tienes que llegar al sitio y ver qué tren coger?? O como puedes planear un viaje así ?????? Estoy enojada por la cantidad que pague !! Y por lo que tuve que pagar por irme a paris porque ya tenía la reserva del hotel!!!!alguien sabe que hacer 

Hi I have seat reservations on Paris nord- Amsterdam centraal  at 1 June 8:25-11:44 the train number on my seat reservation (train no: 9315) doesn't match the train number in the railplanner app though (train no.  9415) the exact same departure time. Can I still add this journey to my pass and the ticket will be valid?

Hello, I’m trying to order the Interrail 4-Day Greek Islands pass, but it says it will take 2 months to deliver. I’m not sure if this is a bug or what, but I’m leaving in 3 weeks. What can I do? Is there a way to get the mobile pass and enter details digitally? I’m also not that excited that I need to pay for this delivery, plus some kind of a protection. I end up paying 30% more. If there’s a way to get the mobile pass without this paper, please let me know.  

Hey! I’m just playing around a bit with my mobile pass to see if I figured everything out. So I activated my pass (deactivated right after) to see if it would creat a ticket.  And it did.Do I see it correctly that I only get one ticket per travel day, even though I’m using 3 different trains in 2 different countries?Is it also normal that it shows immediatly ¾ travel days as soon as I add a journey to the the pass, even though that first travel day is still in the future?Thanks!

Hiif there is no one to sign for a posted paper ticket and it goes back to the sender (EUrail) eventually, do you automatically get the money refunded because the ticket was not used?

Hello!I want to make a seat reservation for train from Barcelona to Valence. I tried it through interrail website and it says that is has to be delivered to me by post and also that it would´t arrive on time (but my travel is in august and now is june, so i don´t get why it would take so long to deliver it). I know it has to be on paper and not online, but i don´t know what to do as long as i don´t want to buy it that day at the station because i´m scared it would be sold out. Isn´t there any way shipping could be faster? I also tried making the reservation on SNCF website, but there is no way how to do that there if i understant it correctly. Thank you for any help!

I bought Eurail passes for me and my daughter, but the trains require seat reservations which I am not able to book! (I tried all the hacks suggested on this forum.)The train TGV 6031 I am hoping for, leaves Gare de Lyon on July XX at 8:43 am and arrives Montpellier St Roch at 12:14.The human phone agent said that the 8:43 train was totally booked. So, he proposed other trains that did have seats available 7:12pm arrive 10:42 pmor 5:12 pm arrive 8:41 pm.But I was unable to book those online either.So I could theoretically book those over the phone - but they accept only an AMEX card from Americans- -which I don't have! I could buy in-person at the Gare - but, well, there's this problem of the Atlantic Ocean.Anyway - if you know any way to buy a seat reservation, please let me know.Un peu ridicule.

Kan ik eerst een deel van mijn reis (route b.v. Brussel midi-London st Pancras) boeken en reserveren om daarna het begin van mijn reis en het slot (geen reservering nodig) te boeken? Komt dit dan vanzelf op volgorde op mijn reis van die dag te staan?

Hi everyone! This summer I’m traveling through east/south Europe by train for the first time. I’ve planned every train already, but I’m confused about the night trains. Are they included in the interrail pass or not? I have a pass for 21 days.  For example, the train from Zurrich to Utrecht - in my trip it says I have to pay, but when I search it’s included (see pictures). Thanks in advance for your help!- Robin   

I have Eurail Global Pass and I am trying to book seats for Paris-Barcelona for 27th July 2022 in 1st Class for (1010-1654) but it says on the Eurail website that it will be a "Paper Ticket" which will be delivered to my address. I will not be able to receive the Paper Ticket in time due to travelling. The seats will be Sold by the time I reach Europe so booking at a local station is not an option.  is there any other way to get the ticket like on Email? What to do? 

We are planning to travel from Prague to Barcelona. I know there is a train from Paris to Barcelona. From Prague to Paris looks as if train makes a couple of stops. Can we get off and spend the night at these locations and get back on train the next day 

On the website from interrail you can read that my train has mandatory reservation but in the app its not even recommanded. What is right?

Hello, Using the DB app: for some trains (international on ICE to Denmark/belgium) can't book a seat réservation.. Does it mean sold out?  And, any way to cancel a seat réservation? Asking here since db customer service is not responding.

Hello, I have a problem.I want to travel from Marseille to Barcelona in a little more than 2 weeks and now wanted to buy a seat reservation. And altough Interrail says, that the reservations in paper form will arrive if I buy them 6 days before the travel, it always states that it probably wont arrive in time.Can somebody help me? Are there no more seats available? Can I reserve them in another way?I would be very grateful to hear from you soon.Sincerely, Tobias

Bonjour !Nous avons une nouvelle question, nous voulons faire un certain trajet, avec notre global pass, mais en le recherchant sur l’appli rail planer, celle ci ne trouve aucune gare, alors qu’elles sont dans le partenariat avec interrail. Par exemple :Budapest - Belgrade : introuvable  Aucune gare en Bosnie alors qu’il y en a sur la carteAvez vous des explications à ce sujet ? Before we started it turned out that I have covid, so we did not go.Is there any chance to cancel the activation? Hi,I am looking to book seat reservations for my group on the night train going from Bucharest to Budapest early July. It seems that interrail only offer paper tickets for this train which will not arrive to my house or my hostel in time according to interrail leaving me unable to proceed with my order. Is there anyway around this where I can book a seat reservation and use an email confirmation as my proof of purchase?Would we be better off to buy a seat reservation at the train station as soon as we get to Bucharest?If we are unable to secure a seat reservation would that lead us to not being allowed board the train? or would we still be able to board the train but have no seat?Looking forward to hearing any replies.
