i'm getting desperate i've been searching support pages for two hours for any information.in order to make a reservation, i have to register as a traveler. but this is only possible if i have a Pass cover number.i have an online Pass and there is supposedly no such number.can someone simply explain to me how i can add myself as a traveler for an online Pass without this number?Moderator note: replaced passport with Pass to clarify the topicSimilar topic:  

When I proceed to payment for booking a reservation from mulhouse ville to Paris the process stops just before proceeding to payment. SNCF when reached by telephone can’t accept my credit card payment because they say is a foreign credit card. How can I proceed?

Hi,I am going to travel through Norway starting from July 25. I found this route on the interrail website: https://www.interrail.eu/nl/plan-your-trip/trip-ideas/recommended-routes/classic-routes/norway-itinerary.I was looking to make reservations, but I already am not able to find the 2 first train routes (Stavanger - Oslo S, Oslo S - Bergen) on https://www.interrail.eu/nl/book-reservations#/ . Does this mean they are already booked full? What can I do?Thank you for your help!

Hi, We are traveling this summer across central europe, & I’m having issues to make seat reservation for some trains. Here is the route:Split > Zagreb : reservation needed Zagreb > Budapest : no reservation needed :) Budapest > Krakow (PL) : can’t find a place to make a reservation Krakow > Prague : same can’t find a place to make a reservation. For trains inside a give country it’s more o less ok depending on the websites, but when going to another country I can’t find a way to only reserve my seat.Thanks in advance for the help.

I am planning to make a trip to south eastern Europe in around 3 weeks. I have not booked any seat reservations yet. For these countries, seat reservations seem to only be available in paper form, with a delivery time of more than 6 weeks(?!). Is it possible to go to a major railway station, e.g. Oslo sentralstasjon, to buy seat reservations there and immediately get them there? I do not want to make all bookings weeks in advance, to have travel flexibility. Would it e.g. be possible to go to a major station in Austria, Croatia, etc. to e.g. make a reservation towards Belgrade, Sofia, Istanbul just a few days ahead of travel?

Will there be reservation spaces available at train station if none offered online? As in currently there are no spaces for train from paris to Amsterdam, but does this mean even at train station in Paris on day there will be no reservation spaces? 

Hi everyone,i will use the Interrail Global Pass to travel by train with my partner from Helsinki to Rovaniemi (in late august) using a night train. The website says that no reservation is necessary but it is optional. Should i buy the reservation for a total of 23€? or if it isn’t necessary it means that there are almost always free seats on the train? Which are the risks in this case?If you already had a similar experience and you wish to share it with me i’d be pleased.Thanks travellers!

I booked a reservation from italy to switzerland on August 2nd, however, I am wondering if I can switch the date to August 3rd. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so how I do it?

My phone sometimes does not work properly when it is warm outside. This summer, we are interrailing and temperatures may be high. I want to avoid being in a train and not being able to show my mobile pass. Is there a workaround for this? Can I for example look at it on the internet, or can I share a screenshot with my friends who travel with me? Hope you can help me!

Hello everyone,I have a reservation for a train from Copenhagen to Stockholm (7 July 21:27 - 8 July 05:46, change in Malmö), it has 1 change and that change is a night train. The problem is that the train isn’t shown on the eurail sites nor rail planner app. The closest train to these two trains are: 7 July 22:47 - 8 July 05:46. It also has one change and it arrives at the same time to Stockholm.Also the train doesn’t leave at the same time from Copenhagen, the train change is in Hassleholm and (especially the night trains) the train numbers don’t match (the Hassleholm one is RE 1112, NT 2 and the Malmö one is RE 1104, NT 4). I hope that it’s NT 4, if Tåg 4 on the seat reservation ticket means that it’s NT 4 then it should be that.Which one is right? Is this train even in the interrail pass or just the times are not updated again? I guess I don’t have to care about the regional trains because they don’t require a reservation, so I can take whichever one I want, but what about the night

Hi,I bought two Greek Islands passes (4 days in a month passes) to use for ferries. I booked 3 out of 4, and I’m not able to book the last one : my passes start on the 2nd of July, and the ferry I want is on the 3rd. When trying to book it, the website says “Document not valid for the date”, and I don’t see why ?Does anyone know what to do ? I’ve sent several emails to support without answer.

I bought one adult pass and one pass for my 11yr old which was free.  They are not activated however when I tried to make a booking for August it says that my son’s pass runs out on July 31st.  I don't know how to contact Interrail to reset his pass so that it shows the same information as mine.  (11 months to use the pass) Any help appreciated.Lynda

It seams like my last leg on my inbound trip will be cancelled. It’s a night train to my home town. I can’t add a new inbound trip in the app tomorrow. Any advice. The train company is Vy in Sweden. I was supposed to travel from Stockholm to Boden with train 92 but now it is delayed over 1 h and they are talking about cancelling the train. The train is full the coming days. 

Hi, i've just read about situation with TER trains in france, that they do not accept Interrail tickets.Does it means that i have to buy full tickets also for TGV?

Bought an interrail pass thinking this would help me with my trip to the south of France.  checked the trains were available before hand but when i tried to book it says my pass is not valid so i can’t book the tickets.  No customer service so what do i do?

Hello, My Eurail mobile pass has been activated and I have used a travel day but the app is not recognizing when my phone is connected to wifi. I have loaded the app multiple times and it does not recognize the wifi connection. Any suggestions? I need it for my next travel day tomorrow!

Hi I am trying to book a paper ticket and it is saying it won’t arrive in time despite it being a month away. It is a night train from Bucharest to Budapest so I feel I should book it in advance so I don’t get stuck. I only arrive in Bucharest that morning so is it possible for me to book that ticket from a different station, I know only some do international tickets. I will be in Thessaloniki before Bucharest does anyone know if I can book the ticket there?

In our trip some seats reservations are required.  My question is: is it possible to chose where to sit by buying tickets for those seats reservations separately?Can one of us buy the tickets for everyone? I wanted to make a seat reservation for our trains during July and August. I just changed the date of my pass from 1 august to 25 july. I wanted to make the seat reservations for 25 july, but it says my pas is not valid on this date. If I want to make a reservation for the 1st of august, it is valid. Hi everyone! I wanted to reserve a seat on the train from Oslo to Bergen on the 28th July but the website couldn't find anymore the train I checked 2 weeks ago. So I checked on the Norwegian railway website and I found out that there will be work on the line on those days. They suggest to take the train from Oslo to Voss and then take a bus. Is the bus ride covered by the pass? It's going to be expensive, around 100 euros, so I really would like to know. Thank you for you help

EURAIL HELPHi guys, I'm a little confused about booking Eurail and would really appreciate it if someone could help me. I have attached my itinerary for reference, however, I am going to be getting a train 4 trains during the month I am in Europe and the rest I am flying. london to amsterdam prague to munich nice to paris Paris to Barcelona What eurail pass would be the best option for me?
