How do I get an updated ticket after changing seats on Eurostar?

We have 7 day 1st Class Flexible Eurail passes. We are traveling with friends and booked our reservations for the Eurostar train from Lille to London separately. Our parties were assigned different coaches so we decided to and were able to change our seat reservations on the Eurostar website with no problems. However, we never received an email from Eurostar and our mobile passes have not been automatically updated. We’re not traveling until September. I tried using the help chats on both the Eurail and Eurostar websites with no luck. Any suggestions on resolving this issue are appreciated.

Inbound/Outbound technically bad in App

Hello,we are traveling with my parents in law. Unfortunately their 2nd inbound/outbound jurney was activated on a day where they did not use it. We are traveling from germany to and within france. On the 7th of june they took the train from paris to lyon. On this jurney their outbound was acticated even though it obviously wasn’t their outbound to germany (see picture). Now we cannot activate their actual outbound from straßburg back to berlin tomorrow.With my Mobile App this could not be possibly done, since the App doesn‘t allow to choose inbound/outbound outside the the residence country). The Support is not answering. Can someone please help us.?

Cannot book return from London to Paris but shows seats available

I am trying to book a return trip from London to Paris. Of course, very frustrating because very limited seat reservation availability. It keeps showing that there is availability for this return but then becomes unavailable when it is the order review. Any suggestions?

Reservation Innsbruck - Bologna switches from mobile to paper ticket that does not arrive in time

Hello, I have a problem during the reservation for a train from Innsbruck to Bologna.When I am on the page to verify my informations, my mobile ticket switches automaticaly to a paper ticket and it tells me that it should arrive on the 4th of july. However, I will already be gone by this date. Also I would really prefer a mobile ticket.Is it normal?Thank you for the response,Chloé

DiscoverEU; I'm from Sicily, can I fly to continental Europe with my pass?

Hello!If I start my Interrail Trip from Sicily, given it's an island and it would require more than 18 hours to go from Palermo (my city) to any other EU country by trains/ferries, will a plane from Palermo to another EU country be included in the Pass?And if so, how do I book a flight using the Pass? 'Cause I've already downloaded the Rail Planner App, but it only gives me the possibility to book trains and by-land-transports, even though Palermo is the starting point...I'd really appreciate your help, thank you!

No more available reservations; Roosendaal - Paris - Barcelona

Hi, Me and my friend who I'm going interrailing with discussed last night which trains we would take from our home town (Roosendaal, in the south of Nehterlands) to Paris and the train from Paris to Barcelona. For both routes, there was one option still avaible for us to take the day we wanted to travel. My friends booked her reservations last night, but when I tried to do it, it gave an error message a bit further in my shopping kart. So I decided to try again this morning, however now both reservations I wanted to make are completely booked full and so are all the other trains that same day. I've already booked the hostels so it is quite important to travel that day. Plus my friend already has her reservations.  I am kind of freaking out a bit right now and do not really know what to do. Is there any possibility of making a reservation elsewhere than the interrail site? Or does anybody have any tips on how to get from one destination to the other in a different way?

I am missing 1 travel day!

URGENT: I have to take the train this morning, but my app is not working! My first day of travel has not been selected, and when I try to change the date or if I click on the water on the right I get this message! What should I do? Should I delete the app and put it back? THANK YOU SO MUCH I'M SO SCARED!!!

Can't book reservation “One of the legs of your journey could not be booked” but it does not say which leg!

My wife and I have spent 10+ hours trying to book our trains for a trip leaving in 6 days and one of the legs apparently cannot be booked. BUT IT DOES NOT SAY WHICH ONE! We are beyond frustrated and have reworked the trip 6 times now and all legs show available until we try to check out. Then I get this error and cannot figure out which one is causing the issue. HELP! PLEASE!

Unable to get seat reservations at higher price

My wife and I bought a 3-day Eurail Pass for France, and for the day we have been trying reserve seats on both Eurail’s Rail planner app and their official website for Paris to Nice on 27 June 2022 Monday morning. Try as we might, even though the app and the site shows that there was an option before we logged in, but the moment we use our pass to try and book the option disappears. I suspect that the 10 Euro reserved seats are not available anymore.However, when we selected the option to book via another way, it pointed us to another website (travel.b-europe.com) that allows us to see that there ARE seats for the same train that can be reserved, with 20 Euros fee. We are happy to take that option, but then it asked us to key in the ‘pass cover number’ which only appears on paper tickets.Questions:can we still somehow secure the 20 Euro-priced seats, even though we have digital tickets? if yes, what’s the best way to reserve them?

Inbound / Outbound Days - crossing home country

Hi!I‘ll travel from Germany to Italy without using the outbound trip (Interrail). After a view week i‘ll travel back from Paris to Malmö - stop in munich in one day. So i cross Germany. Is this day already inbound and outbound or could I use the pass in germany (home country) again, travelling back from Schweden to munich? In my opinion inbound/outbound means you can travel two days in your home country - in question oft the trip target. THX 4 Help ✌🏼

Paper ticket for seat reservation - not an option

Will be travelling from Bucharest to Budapest - night train- coming from UAE - postal service fairly non-existent. Any suggestions for booking seats? Will there be availability if I wait until I get into Bucharest and go to train counter on the day - 7th July? Also will be travelling onwards so postal delivery not compatable - can I use the email confirmation ?

Age when i try to book TGV

Hello everyone, When I am booking a TGV in France, there is no option to change the age, as I am 24 years old and the site only has this option from 26 to 59.Is there a problem with booking like this? Thank you.

How to book Interrail and Eurrail adjacent seat reservation?

I am traveling to many places via rail with my German best friend. We have the different passes and it has been impossible for us to book our seat reservations. We would like to sit next to each other while travelling, but there is no option for us to choose where to sit when it is a seat reservation train.

One Travel - two passes? (global pass and greece island)

Hey :) Me and my boyfriend would like to travel  through Italy and then by ferry to Greece.  In Greece , we would like to do some „island hopping“ on the sporades… We would like to buy a global pass per person (for the travel in italy , the ferry from italy to greece and the travel in greece) The sporades are not included in the global pass, this would mean we have to buy a greece island pass as well.  Is it a problem to buy two passes for one travel?Thank you for your support!

In the Interrail Global Pass, you have to enter the date of departure of your country, but if we leave in a different country, can we put the date of the foreign country?

Can't book train reservations in Norway ''no trains available''

I am travelling in Norway with Eurail pass in late July and August. I want to make a reservation for the train from Voss to Bergen on July 29 and from Trondheim to Oslo on Aug. 11. The Rail Planner tells me there are not trains available for these trips. I saw something about replacement buses -- are there buses for these trips? Do I need to make reservations for the buses? Also, does my eurail pass cover these replacement buses?  I have tried calling Entur but I wait on hold for long periods and then the line goes dead.

Seat reservation France names spelled wrongly

Dear all,For our trip Brussels Malaga with 2 children and 2 adults we have managed to book all seat reservations now, however we had to use all different channels (DB Reiseservice, sncf hotline, our extended family in Spain going to the train station…). Thanks for all the super advice already here on the community which helped a lot.I still have one issue though as the reservation done through sncf have spelling mistakes (f instead of s 2x in my family name and the one of the kids). Basically one could still deduct that it’s us, but it’s not the same. Does anybody have a recent experience whether this is being controlled? Shall I contact sncf to cancel and re-issue? bests,Elisabeth

Combination of reserved seats and unreserved seats?

I am very confused about Eurail….So in my travel from France to Italy ...the first leg says no reservation needed….then the middle leg needs a seat (so I reserved and paid for one) and then the last leg said the pass seats were gone so I went to Italian rail line and paid for the full price seat.But….what about that first leg?? I have no reservation..it’s not even possible...so what if I show up there and can’t get on the train because it’s full….then the seats go to waste that I’ve paid for for the 2nd and 3rd leg??? :(I feel like even if the seat is free we should have a way to hold a spot or something? Am I missing something??

Outbound continuation after border after midnight

My outbound trip (Amsterdam NL - Bern Switzerland) leaves in the evening after 20.00. In My Trip the app gives the trip to Basel seperately from Basel - Bern. I can switch the part Amsterdam - Basel to count as a travel day. When I add the part Basel - Bern the app counts another day, That is not what I want. How do I solve this?

Getting through station gatelines in the UK with Interrail pass

Hello,I’d like to ask how do I get through station gatelines in the UK with an Interrail mobile pass? I’ve heard that I would need to scan a barcode on a scanner, but last time I visited UK, I went to many stations and I don’t remember there being any scanners, only a hole for a paper ticket. Maybe I remember incorrectly? Also I don’t think all the stations have an attendant that I could ask for help.

Paper Pass Valid date- starting a week later than dates on the pass

Hello, I purchased my paper pass last month, I was due to start on the 4/07/22 for a month. Due to certain circumstances I am now starting a week later, On the ticket itself it says valid from 4/07/22 - 3/08/22. Will I now miss out on week of the pass when i start on the 11/07/22 ? TIA
