Trip: WIEN HBF (Austria) - VENEZIA MESTRE (Italy) Dec 26 2023. Rail Jet Train 131I checked the OBB website and it does offer the Business Class upgrade on my train using my Eurail pass (1st Class), but via the Eurail site, I could only make a first class reservation, which I did.I would like a Business Class reservation and am happy to pay the difference in fare, but how do I now do this, having made a first class reservation via Eurail?  And why doesn’t Eurail offer this Business Class option via their reservation system, for this train?Thank you.

Is there any discount for Jungfraujoch hiking and sledding pass? If not , are the pass plus the additional return ticket from eigergletcher to Jungfraujoch cheaper than normal ticket?

Hi, may I please know if the costs of seat reservation are different for first class Eurail pass and second class from Paris to Zurich?

My daughter and I have a 4 day in 1 month global pass. We have travelled from Manchester to Euston, St Pancras to Paris, Paris to Barcelona and Barcelona to Alicante. We travelled over 3 days. We will fly back to Manchester from Alicante, leaving one travel day left on our passes. Is there a definitive answer please as to whether we can use our last pass day once we return home? I have asked a similar question previously, but felt using the last day on a separate trip was a little frowned upon, but it’s a free day on my pass, that I’ve paid for and could still use. Could we travel to London from Manchester, for example, using the pass, and then pay for a single ticket the next day to get home?

Ich muss dazu allerdings eine, in dem Fall meine Emailadresse angeben, ich nehme, sie dient für die laufenden und aktuellen Infos für den Reisenden auch während der Reise. Jedoch muss die Emailadresse nach dem Kauf geändert werden. Geht das? Denn dann kann ich das Ticket quasi als Überraschung besorgen. Hola. Alguien me puede explicar porque si compre Eurail pass en 1 clase tengo que pagar al reservar para estar en 1 clase?, es decir qué hay una diferencia en la reserva normal y de 1 clase.

Hi, I tried to byu a ticket for 2 adulsts and 1 child , 6 yo, from Kolding to Ostrow Wklp in Pl and retur.I tried with dsb.dk they don`t sell tickets to Poland. Then I tried with to buy with pkp.pl and they don`t sell tickets to Dk. Then I tried with db.de and they only sell to Franfurt an Oder, altso the border with Pl. I even called 2 private companies selling tickets in Pl and they could not find anything.I am sure that there train from Kolding to Hamburg, then to Berlin then to Poznan then Ostrow Wlkp.But how to byu such a ticket, anyone could help?

Hey, i wanted to buy the promoted global pass from the Save & Donate Sale (16.11.23 - 28.11.23).I m currently in UK and want to use it here. Now i found, that APC Rail says, that the first possible day to activate this promoted pass is the 28.11.23 (Source: https://www.acprail.com/rail-passes/interrail/ ) but i didnt found any information of that on the interrail site?https://www.interrail.eu/en/interrail-passes/global-passI m asking because i want to active the 2month 10 days pass tomorrow (26.11.23)Thanks!

Hi, I am an international student (non-European passport) currently residing in Belgium. I have been living here for the past two years and hold a valid residence permit card from Belgium. I am planning to visit Germany for 3 days.I am writing to seek clarification regarding my eligibility to purchase an Interrail Pass. As a non-European passport holder, I am uncertain whether I should opt for an Interrail Pass or a Eurail Pass for my upcoming travel plans. Any other practical advice would also be appreciated. Thanks

I have added more than one journey to my Trip for the day and I want to wait until I arrive at the train station to decide which train journey to take and there is no internet (WIFI) access available at the station. Can I add a journey to my Pass without internet access?

Confusion here: I read FREE ferry deck passage off the EURail benefits portal and booked a reservationhttps://benefitsportal.eurail.com/benefits/attica-group-greece-italy-superfast-ferries-in-cooperation-with-anek-lines/Global Pass holders are entitled to:International Lines:Free air seats or dormitories (where available) for 1st class Pass holders and free deck passage  for 2nd class Pass holdersDomestic Lines:30% discount on economy class:*The 30% discount is applicable only if holders have already completed a crossing in the Adriatic Sea routes with SUPERFAST FERRIES & ANEK LINEI booked a superfast ferry without believing it would use 1 of my 5 travel days. Nationality and type of pass were corrected(I’m not GB nor Interrail) after the reservation had been created by Superfast.It says I used a discount so if this was an interrail pass I allegedly wouldn’t use a travel day. However, it’s a Global EURail pass. No response from EURail and Superfast is unable to help. Ideas?

( Kürzeste Zeitspanne im Pass und günstigste Variante vgl DB)Die Verbindung geht über Berlin und München. (eigentl.13h) Umstiegszeiten 1h +Was passiert, wenn wir aus nicht eigens verschuldeten Gründen am outbound day noch in  München "festsitzen" und nicht mehr nach Österreich oder Italien weiter kommen. Danke im Voraus

Hi there!I live in the South of France and wish to use the remaining travel days of my Interrail Pass to go either to Belgium or the UK but I’ve already use both my inbound and outbound trips.I wonder if there is an easy way to find the most suitable rail stations at the French border so that I can split the trip to pay the French part and use the Pass for the foreign part.Many thanks in advance for your tips!

The app uses Spanish as default language. Even if somebody sends me a trip (link) everything is translated in Spanish?How do i change that??I find English difficult enough. I prefer Dutch.Please give an answer 🙏

This may be a really simple question, but just want to double check! I saw that with the interrail pass in France, it’s eligible for free bus travel. Does this work in the same way as the trains do e.g. it’s only free if you use it on a day of travel? Or is it free all the time?Thank you :)

Hi!I’m planning on interrailing from the end of July to early/mid September. I just wanted to double check before I buy- the Black Friday discount for two months continuous says that the latest date of travel is the 31st July.Does this mean that the travel dates (if I start as late as possible) will be from 30th July- 30th September? It also says about activating it from the 1st June or before, which I understand to be adding passport detail and first train information. Is this when the first travel day is activated from- I assume not as the latest it says to travel from is the 31st July but want to make sure before I buy it! Thank you!
