Hi!I’m in Rome at the moment and I want book the nightjet from Rome to Cefalu (Sicily) on the 23th-24th of July. When I try to do this on the ÖBB website, it says: ‘ticket unavailable’ even though I clicked on the ‘one-way ticket and day ticket’ button. Does this mean that the train is full? Are there any other websites I could check?Thanks!!

I can’t book any seat reservations because it won’t let me add my mobile ticket. My last name includes an ä. On the ticket itself the ä is depicted as a question mark but when I copy that directly out of my email confirmation it tells me I can only use a-z. I also tried to do ae, an a or just leaving it out but then it just tells me that it can’t find my pass.Please help me! :(

So I won a global pass with DiscoverEu but instead of getting a 30 day pass, the app says I have the "7 travel days within 1 month" passHas this happened to anyone else?What should I do? 

I am from UK and have schengen visa for short term. I am travelling 1st time via interrail pass. When we go from one schengen country to another schengen country via train, is there an immigration check done while entering that country e.g.- from barcelona(spain) to nimes (france) to lyon (france): will there be an immigration/passport check and stamp at each schengen country and do we need to consider having additional hourse in between legs in that case?Please help.ThanksPriyanka

I have activated all my family pass on one phone and wanted to do now one pass on each phone. My pass is from 21 june to 5 july activated and i have booked a ticket with seat reservation of that too. What will happen if i will deactivate from mine phone and login from another phone

There is no longer an overnight train from Milan to Paris. So I booked a high speed train during day but when I went to make reservations I could not as “it was not possible”. Likely sold out. So I used the suggested sites to book and ended up having to pay €90 for a ticket!!! Not only that I booked hotel in Paris for the night with hopes of travelling on to London the next day only to find out that there are then no Eurostar tickets at all for weeks. This global pass is bit of a farce to honest and it’s starting to add up to a pretty costly ticket. I also had to fly to Venice to start it as could not get overnight train from Prague (where I lived) back then 4 weeks ago either! After trying so many connections, FlixBus and ferry’s etc the really only option to get me to Dublin without it taking 3 days of non stop trains and boats is to fly. So I’ve dropped another €240 on flight from Paris. Basically I have used 4 days of my 10 day 2 month pass and couldn’t really use the rest! Bit of

Hello ! I can’t reserve a seat on the train from Geneva to Brig on the 2nd of August at 10:11 (I tried on OBB but it says that no ticket is required and I couldn’t find the seat reservation only on SBB). Do you think that I should buy a ticket (for 19,62 €) or is it not necessary ? Thank you in advance for your advices, Océane

Hi, I tried to book a reservation on interrail website but because of technical issues I didn't get any reservation (it doesn't appear on the website and I've got an email saying that they had a problem) even though the system took my money.Is it possible to have a refund? Thanks 

Hi! Yesterday I made 8 seat reservations, the money was taken from my account, but I can’t see or find the reservation anywhere… not on “my side” or in my email. When I made the reservation I got an confirmation on the site, but now it’s gone…? Anybody else who has the same problem? 

Accidentally selected today as travel day 

Hello everyone! A few days ago I booked this direct train from Basel to Italy, I paid 13 euros. The problem is that I never received an email with the seat reservation. In my account I can’t find it either.. there is 13 euro taken from my creditcard so I made the reservation but I have no information about it, not even a reservation number. What can I do? I already tried to contact interrail by   answering questions to this bot to find out how I receive my reservation but i haven’t heard anything back. I will need to use the trai in 2 days. On the 22th of July..what is best to do? But another reservation or go without reservation? Or is there another way to receive my seat reservation?Kind regards,Adina

I am travelling from Prague Hlavni Nadrazi to Budapest Keleti in two weeks and I have already chosen my trains on the Rail Planner app. However, on the ÖBB website it says that there are some changes in the route due to construction work. I have ordered and installed for 4 persons a 2 month first class Interrail  (order IN30577752) .  I understand that these 2 months start with the first trip you actually book and take,Once i had installed railplanner I checked if I could take a trip from Paris TGV any time after June 20 , but could not find any seats that could be reserved through the Interrail site for any of the days desired.  So I did not book but had to buy a separate new ticket for that trip for a trip on June 30.So I plan to use my Global Card when I book for the first time a trip, and  will use it for the first time for a trip from Geneva, Switzerland  on Juy 23.But in MY PASS the validity is now shown as valid from June 20 -19 August, although I did not book any train until now .   Will that be automatically updated to July 23- September 22 when I book and confirm the first trip for July 23 ? If not, I believe that the instructions given by Interrail is misleding, indacting taht you can decide anytime when  you

Hey!! I bought my Eurail Global Pass but when I try to do a reservation, it says that my name doesn´t match with the pass number. What should I do?

Hey everyone, I am very new to this but I wanted to go travelling starting monday for 4 weeks. I havent bought my pass yet but I wanted to get the eurostar on monday, starting from liverpool to paris. I wanted to stay a few days before heading to spain and so on. However, I have realised I should have booked the eurostar sooner. Should I book my interrail ticket and then look to see if there are seat reservations I can make? I am very confused about how to make these reservations and to see if there is availabilty on the eurostar, please help! thanks in advance :)

How do we book the Zurich to Budapest sleeper stopping at Prague?

In my Global Pass is possible to add as many journey as I want before the activation of the pass: in case I lost a train during my trip, or a coincidence with another one, what should I do? Is it possible to add another journey and take the trains that are available?

Paris-Warsaw on August 5 is the last stop on my journey, but all of the routes have a problem within them. Most routes from Paris on the morning of August 5 have sold out, which is a problem, since I have a bus from Warsaw already booked. I would be most grateful for at least  a magical train suggestion from Paris to Berlin.  Thank you in advance! 

Hello--I am struggling with adding a trip to the mobile app pass.  We are a family of 5.  I have activated the travel day and created unique trips under My Trips….but I receive only the option to connect to a paper pass when I try to add to My Pass.  I appreciate any help. I have reservations booked for these trips, as well. 

Hi,I have a global pass and was thinking of heading up to Finland and then heading to Estonia/Latvia/Lithuania but saw that Eurail is disrupted in this region, although there are buses available.Was wondering if anyone had travelled on the buses and what it was like.Or if anyone has an opinion on best way to move around that region at the moment.Thanks

For two of my passes the country of residence is wrong, since the drop down button did not show the option of Netherlands i ended up selecting Netherlands Antilles.I travel tomorrowDid mail the customer care hoping for a much faster response and help here.
