Hi, my boyfriend and I bought our Eurail Mobile Passes (youth pass) in December 2020 and due to Covid, we’re only able to travel now (until 31/08/2022). However, he turned 28 two weeks ago and now he can’t activate his mobile pass, the reason being that he was only supposed to use it when he was under 28 years old. We’re leaving tomorrow and have gotten no help from Eurail or any one else. I have all the paperwork printed just in case as proof (including the email that stated that our pass had been extended for a year) and we can’t possibly change all our train tickets last minute by buying a new pass. Do you have any advice? Since this case is probably an exception, I hope the train conductors will understand our situation but I must admit I’m quite stressed out.Thank you so much!

i have an issue making a train reservation, in the Rail planner app i can see a train that leaves Vienna on the 24th of july at 06:32 going to Venice. It says i need to make a reservation. When i go on the reservation website, this train time doesnt exist. The options that are on the website dont exist in the app either. So i dont know which one to trust because i have to make a reservation and also select a train for my travel day on the app. What should i do?

Hi!I'm currently planning to travel from Budapest to Prague on the 9th of July. The app says that a seat reservation is required, but when I open the website to make a seat reservation, I says that a reservation is not required. Which information is valid?Thank you for your help! 

Hello,I purchased a 3-month interrail ticket from the 50th anniversary sale that has to be activated within 11 months from the purchase. Can I activated a few days before the 11 month period is over and still travel for three months? Thank you.

Hello,I am struggling to buy seat reservations. Every time I go to checkout, I am able to enter my billing details, but when I try to progress and I click “go to traveler details”, NOTHING HAPPENS. I have been trying for hours, and I have tried on my phone as well as my laptop, on wifi and on data, and still nothing happens. It just remains on the cart webpage. I am starting to get extremely sick of this. Please help if you can. Thanks!

Hi everyone I need help.The website (InterRail EuRail) does not give the possibility to book a sleeper for the night on the train from Berlin to Paris. On the other hand, it gives the possibility to book second class.But when you don't log in to the site, you can book both second class and bed in 6-berth sleeper.Does anyone know how to get the bed in 6-berth sleeper on this train?Hopefully you are able to help.Alessandro.

Every train to and from London via Paris is unavailable, yet there are seats on all of the trains????????  Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board. Is anyone else seeing this?  Is Eurail a scam???? 

If you buy passes for each of your family members do you combine them to book reservations for all at the same time? 

I have the mobile app and activated the trip.  I purchased reservations via the website and want to link my reservations to my app.  I have four family members traveling with me but I don’t see them in my app.  Do I need to give their passports as well and do I need to link my reservations to my app

Can I travel between Paris and St Malo using the pass?

I’m trying to get the seat reservations travelling from Madrid to Paris, but in the first train (Madrid-Barcelona) it tells me that I can’t get it in the interrail web, and reservation is compulsory, does anyone knows what I have to do? Also, in many other train travels it just tells me there is no information of reservations, so I don’t know if I have to get one somehow.

Hi, apologies if this question has been asked before.  I am planning to travel from Manchester-London-Paris-Barcelona-Alicante-Madrid-Santander.From Santander I have been offered a space on the ferry back to Portsmouth. Is it OK to book this rail journey without using a return rail leg in the UK?  

We cannot book tickets anymore via the interrail website because all trains are full, so we want to book trains in France via B-Europe instead. They say they need a pass cover number in order to make the booking, but we do not have this number because we have a mobile pass. Is it possible to create this pass cover number for our mobile pass?

I have a journey from Brussels to Salzburg via train and there is a transfer by foot at Munich station and the time for next train is after 15 minutes, my concern is that I have luggage along with my wife and 2 kids, will I be able to catch the next train and how would be the transfer of luggage can be managed, please guide. Arriving at MUENCHEN HBF (GermanyDeparting from MUENCHEN HBF GL.5-10 (Germany)

Some trains have 5 minutes between each other for me to leave the first one and hop on the second one. If my first train gets delayed there is a huge possibility I won’t make it to my 2nd one. Does that mean the money I paid for my reservation will just be worthless and I will have to buy another seat reservation for the next train? Or how does it work? 

Hello Interrail friends! I was wondering about the following - going on a 10 day trip from Amsterdam tomorrow, via Germany and Switzerland to Italy. However, we’re only using 6 travel days out of the purchased 7, as on the way back, we’re actually not taking the train. Do you know if I can use the 7th travel day some other time at the end of the month, and to travel from Amsterdam again (to Berlin) one way? Not sure how the inbound/outbound journeys apply here. Many thanks!

Hello!The train from Prague Hlavni Nadrazi to Budapest-Nyugati on July 11, 2022 at 10:56, has been modified. Apparently some traintracks in Hungary cannot be used and part of the route has been replaced with a bus service. Our train is 279 and therefore it is affected by this modification. We reserve a seat on the train, do you have to reserve a seat for the bus or is it already included? Is there something to do or nothing to worry about? Apart from having the seat reserved, we also have the train reserved with the interrail pass. 

Hi,We are travelling from Barcelona to Paris in August. Is it possible to reserve a seat for another person who doesn’t have a pass but would like to travel with us on the Paris trip?  How do I do this? We would like to book a sleeper train so we are hoping to have everyone in the same private compartment.Thanks.

I’ve purchased a 1month  Global pass on a promotional deal. the tickets have arrived but do not say how many days we can travel on that pass.  I can’t remember what I bought at the time.   any one help?
