Hello my family and I are hoping to travel from the UK to Spain (travelling across the Channel into Paris, down to Barcelona then down to Malaga in Spain).My wife is Spanish and holds a Spanish Passport and ID card. Myself and our child only hold a UK passport.Sorry if this is a stupid question but I believe as my wife is a Spanish National, she can purchase the Interail pass (which appears to be cheaper than a Eurail pass), however can she purchase 2 for us as well - and can my child and I use them, as we are non EU citizens (thanks to the stupidity of Brexit!)??? 

Having trouble with my tickets, I don’t want a refound, I’d like the possibility to purchase in the right amount. I purchase via eurail website and received this emails. I still don’t have my money back or could purchase the ticket. When I try to purchase it shows the same price and say that this purchase its already loading  

Is it correct that most Prague to Cesky Krumlov trains are not in the pass?

Hello, I have reserved seats for inOui TGV via Interrail in an SNCF station. The thing is that my pass is second class, but I have checked and the seat reservation tickets that the guy at the station gave me are 1st class. Is there a problem with that? Should I return the tickets?

I want to make a seat reservation for trains from Nice to Barcelona. I couldn’t book a reservation for train from Nimes to Barcelona. I know that I can do it on train station in Spain, but I’m affraid I won’t be able to do that, because it will be fully booked, so I want to make reservation now. Do you have any ideas how to do it? Is it possible to book in via online site or phone call? The same question goes for train from Narbonne to Barcelona. 

Hello,I am on a Euro trip this summer with my teenage daughters, so far the facilities on the trains have been goo but we are wondering if there is wifi and charging points on thee trains from Budapest to Zagreb as its a long 6 hour journey! many thanks Anna

Is there a Interrail discount applicable for a trip with a cabin from Venice to Patras on Anek lines? Or does the discount just apply to a deck seat?

My sister and I are wanting to go to London on August 5. Can we still go? We have first class global pass. Do we just reserve a seat?  What if the strike cancels our train?

Hello,  Next week i am traveling from Wien in Austria to Rijeka in Croatia. I booked my seat reservations through the OBB site, and it said that i only needed reservations from Wien to Salzburg. When i was entering the trip in the rail planning it was stated that i needed three different reservations. Which one is correct? Has anyone experience with this?  Greetings 

I am trying to catch the ICE 311 at 12:25hrs out of Brussels-Midi and transferring at Köln Hbf to see the cathedral before getting another ICE to my final destination - Stuttgart Hbf.  Can anyone advise if this train is often cancelled/delayed and is it worth getting the earlier ICE 2 hours before? I am hoping to spend a bit of time in the morning in Brussels before leaving, but as I am catching a NightJet at Stuttgart I cannot be late. Thank you in advance for your help. 

Hello -- does anyone know if it is possible to travel from Locarno to Brig via Domodossola using a one-country pass for Switzerland? I think you can travel as far as Domodossola coming out of Switzerland on either line but I’m not clear on whether you can then change trains and go back into Switzerland! Many thanks M

I’m hoping to go from Lugano to Caslano, and in the Rick Steves guidebook it says this route is covered by rail passes (I have a Eurail pass), but when I look in the Rail Planner app it says it isn’t covered. The specific train I’m looking at is SBA 124 at 8:24. Is the pass valid or would I need to buy a separate ticket? Thanks!

We like to travel to Spain by TGV in april may from Amsterdam and also to travel  in Spain with high speed train. How can we know if there are still places available without buying a pass first?  

Hello. I have purchased a 1 day Eurail pass (France). I am planning to travel from Barcelona to Paris on September 3rd. When I try to make a seat reservation it says “Your pass isn’t valid in some of these countries”. Everything I have read online says this Eurail pass allows travel between Barcelona and Paris so I am confused why this is happening. Does anyone have any ideas?

I d like to start my trip from the Netherlnds all the way up Sandefjord in Norway, which is near to Oslo. But Sandefjord is not a destination that i can choose in the app or website . How can i start now? Anybody any solutions?

Hey! Me and my friends went on an interrail last summer and one of us lost the paper pass and since we had pass protection he bought a new pass for the days that were left. Since last summer, we've sent a few emails and we've already filled the lost pass forms but we didn't get a response till now! Can anyone help us?

Hello, Im trying to buy a ticket from Munich to Prague but there is no seat reservation. I can only see a warning message “Reservation temporarily unavailable”. So is it normal? I don’t know it is okay to take a train without seat reservation. I should take a train with my family , and they have each suitcase. I’m afraid that we should move frequently whenever a person who has reserved a seat arrives. Is there a no reservation function at all? Can anyone who came first take a seat?

Travelling on a one month continuous 1st Class Interrail Pass. I have a 2nd class seat reservation on the 07.38 tomorrow (20 July) from Warszawie Centralna to Trakiszki (Poland), arriving at 13.24, and also a 2nd class seat reservation on the 13.25 from Trakiszki (Lithuania) to Vilnius, arriving at 17.34.Tonight (11.30pm 19 July) just before turning on for bed and setting my alarm for an early morning rise, I find that although I can find these trains in the planner and add them to My Trip they will not show up as a ticket in My Pass after moving the slider from grey to yellow. I am worried. I have tried adding the journeys manually with the correct departure and arrival times as shown on the seat reservations, but with the same result - no ticket.The woman in the ticket office in Gdańsk where I purchased the Warsaw-Trakiszki seat reservation sold me a 2nd class seat reservation, and told me I’d have to buy one from the Lithuanian train conductor for the Trakiszki-Vilnius leg. Im planning on taking a train on August 10, 2023 from Vienna (Wien Westbahnhof station) to Hallstatt. Usually it’s 3.5 hour, two change train from Vienna to Attnang-Puchheim station where you then change trains and go directly to Hallstatt. It looks like there is train work however in that second leg (between Attnang-Puchheim to Hallstatt) and the eurail app shows a route that goes around this resulting in a 7 hour ride. I checked out OBB website and actually it looks like this is happening:(1) Vienna to Attnang-Puccheim, as normal (2) Alternate bus is provided from Attnang-Puccheim to Bad Ischl(3) Take train at Bad Ischl to Hallstatt  I cannot find this alternate bus route (2) in the eurail planner. Is this bus route covered by the pass? Again, this bus route is being provided it looks like due to train work.   Many, many thanks in advance.
