Hello! I am a little stressed out, because I just inadvertently canceled my order.I need the passes soon and I don’t know if I can undo it. Does anyone have experience with this? Should I better instantly order new passes to save some time in case it doesn’t work out?Thanks and kind regards. 

Hi, We booked reservations for the Paris - Tarbes overnight train on the 6/7 which was cancelled  due to the French Rail strike announced the day before. We booked the reservations through the Interrail website and are at a loss as to how to go about reclaiming the reservation fees. No one either SNCF or interrail has been in touch. Any ideas??  

How do I know when my paris to barcelona ticket will arrive? is there tracking? where do I see it?

My birthday data is wrong, I already contacted costumer service but I am concerned that they don’t contact me before my first day 1st June. I don’t know how to change.

Hello, I purchased a pass for 5 travel days. I used 4 but the app registered 5 travel days instead of 4. I activated the pass one day before I was actually travelling and so the app has added one ‘’travel day box’’ automaticallt, but thebox is empty as I did not travel on that day, but I think it counted that day automatically as the first travel day. I am travelling again the day after tomorrow on a long trip with 4 different trains so I need a solution urgently as I don’t want to be paying fines 4 times for not having the right ticket. Any ideas on what to do if I don’t hear back from customer service tomorrow?

I can use my global pass many times in one day right? I mean, I can take as many trains as I want or need in one day with my global pass. Just to make sure. 🙈

This is urgent please as depends on completion during the current 48 hour  50% flash sale. We live in the UK. My husband is severely disabled and needs me to help him with personal care and medication. He is in receipt of enhanced rate of PIPs (Personal Independence Payment) for both daily living and mobility and has a Blue badge and a disabled railcard in the UK. Therefore, we would like to apply for a complimentary Interrail Pass for me as his caregiver. If I am eligible for a complimentary caregiver’s pass, and he purchases a continuous railcard for one or two months in the current 50% flash sale, can my complimentary pass still be used please? Is it possible to complete this application in time to benefit from the sale?

Hi, can support please answer my support requests sent via Facebook?I’ve been waiting for support since April 15th. And there’s also a request from April 23th.This takes way too long as I’m currently traveling, and there are some days where the Mobile Ticket didn’t work at all.

I’m don’t quite understand the map shown in https://www.eurail.com/en/plan-your-trip/railway-map : It only shows the biggest European cities but it doesn’t show all the routes the Eurail covers, right?For example: in the link provided I don’t see the route between Paris and Zurich, but I know there is a way to do it as shown in the “Eurail-Map-2021.pdf”. Does the Eurail-Map-2021.pdf show the real and all possible routes that I will be able to make with the Eurail global pass? Or the PDF shows all routes possible, but not all of them are in the global pass?I’m trying to understand what the limitations of the global pass are when traveling western Europe.Thanks in advance.

I had my trains out of my home country reserved for a couple of days ago, however I have severe travel anxiety which got the better of me on the day and I wasn’t able to get onto the first train. I really want to try again, but need my ticket re-started which I’m hoping is possible as I haven’t actually gotten on any trains yet. I reached out to customer service over 48hrs ago but haven’t heard back yet, I just waiting to hear back so I can go!

I have a Global Pass (1st Class) for two people (Flex Pass,15 days over 2 months) that is not activated yet and I am adding journeys for the Month of May 2022.  I have used the DB site to list all my journeys planned for a one month trip.I used the Planner to add my initial journey (May 13th) and a 2nd journey (May 16th) successfully. When I attempt to add the journey below for May 17th that date is displayed in both the Planner date at the top of the list and in the options below the date chosen is May 16th. Arles France to Aix-en-Provence departing May 17th at 06:40 (TER 76530 Arles-->Marseille-St-Charles) and 07:53 (TER 80116 Marseille-St-Charles-->Aix-en-Provence).Thanks in advance for any help. 

Hi all, this has been SOLVED. I deactivated the passes on my phone and add the passes in the app in my husbands phone. The tickets are showing with QR and all the information, so I think everything is ok. Thank you for the answers!!  Hi!! As requested at a train station for getting on-site reservations, I  activated all my family’s passes on my phone, without knowing that later on it won’t be possible to change devices. As I have to work, I will be coming back home sooner than my children and husband. We already have booked and payed for all our seats. I need to deactivate my husband’s and children’s tickets to put them in his phone.I will have contacted also the customer suport, but from previous experience it took too long since they took action. Thank you in advance! Best, Marian

Hello, I am planning a trip to Europe with my family.I would like to know the total cost “Including train seats” for 3 Adults and 2 children ages (10) which travel for free correct? and (12) years old. Total of 5 passengers.  Departure:Aug-10th from “Rotterdam" to "Paris" - Aug-11th from "Paris to “Geneva" - Aug-14th from “Geneva" to "Brussels" - Aug-16th from "Brussels" to “Rotterdam"

I booked Amsterdam - Zurich on Interrail and created a QR code for it as seen below. I have 3 questions:To make the seat reservation on OBB website, should I click on '’Ticket Already Exists'’ or '’Standard-Ticket'’? Either way, the seat reservation will be 3 eur. Which one of the 2 options will let me cancel or change the time alors with the reservation for free? '’Standard-Ticket'’ says it will let me cancel and modify the time but what about the 3 eur reservation? What do I show to the controllers? The Interrail QR Code or the one generated by OBB once I buy the 3 eur reservation? 

Help me please!I bought an interrail pass mobile ticket, but unfortunately I made a typo when writing my surname. I wrote sanfiLLippo instead of SANFILIPPO emailed customer service several times, but got no response. I haven't activated the pass yet but I'm leaving in a few days and I don't know what to do !!

I have 3 reservations in my cart but when I go to ‘add traveller details’ I am booted out of the Cart and I am at the main page again.  On this page the Cart shows empty, but when I go to ‘Book Reservations’ again, it shows 3 items in my cart.  I just keep going in circles and can not add traveller details or payment:(

Can I change the Name on my ticket so a friend of mine can use it because i can‘t use it

I was going from Heidelberg to Warsaw on Global Pass. From Berlin, I had to reserve a seat. It was written, I have to pay 6 Euro, but they charged me 66 Euros. if this was the case, I’m student and I couldn’t have gone by Ryan air in 25 Euros return. And Interrail didn’t mention any of the cost. I have got the receipts, how to get refund? Kindly guide me. regards 

if Eurostar doesn’t run due to the strike, I will miss my accomodation in Bruxelles and it is not refundable. Can I claim compensation?

I have a Global "5 days in 1 month" pass. I have not used any travel days, nor have I activated it. In the search interface for reservations, I am not able to pull up results for dates outside of a certain narrow range, about a month. The message “Your pass isn’t valid on this date” appears if I search for dates outside of this period. It is impossible to plan my journey and to determine when to start using the pass without being able to build an itinerary and knowing which reservations are available. Any help would be much appreciated. 

Hi,I bought 4 Interrail Greek Island 4 day passes for myself, wife and 2 kids. They run from 15th Aug 2022 to 14th Sep 2022. When I try to make a booking on Blue Start Ferries (accepts Interrail Greek Islands 4 day pass) for ther end of August the booking system says they are invalid.I’ve spend maybe an hour on the phone to Greek Island Ferries (different numbers I was fwded to) and they insist that my Order numbers are invalid. The order numbers are IN307xxx82-1, IN307xxx82-2, IN307xxx82-3, IN307xxx82-4 (I put the xxx here for security).Greek Island Ferries tried with and without the suffix (-1). They also tried using my passport number (also on the Interrail pass).The passes say “INTERRAIL ONE COUNTRY PASS ATTICA GROUP (FERRY COMPANY) PASS” FLEXIVALID: 15/08/2022 - 14/09/2022I tried using the Interrail chatbot over several days but while it says that a customer services person will get back to me, no-one ever does.I tried emailing the support email support+id262960@eurail.zendesk.com

Hi,I want to travel in Switzerland, but there is only one route suggested for my destination. Can I travel for example according to a Google Maps route but use my Interrail Pass?Thank youAlso, maybe someone knows approximately how long does it take for the Customer services to reply?

I wanted to start my journey and the Pass activation on August 3rd 2022 but accidentally clicked August 4th, how do I change that? 

I want to travel on August 15 from Bologna to Paris. I looked on the Interrail website and it showed me two legs:Bologna-Torino and Torino - ParisIt advised me I needed seat reservations on both legs, which I purchased as advised. However, when I added the journey to my Rail lanner app, it said that Torino-Paris is ‘Not in the Pass network’.So I have a seat reservation but the app says the trip is not valid.Do I have a problem?
