Bonjour,Nous sommes 3 amis et cherchons à aller jusqu’à Sofia (Bulgarie). Nous avons réservé le trajet, mais seule la partie payante s’inscrit comme réservé (Hongrie à la Roumanie). Est-ce normal ? Pouvons nous voyager dans les autres trains sans billets (ceux de notre itinéraire mais sans placement obligatoire) ? Comment pouvons-nous avoir accès à nos billets (non sur payant) ? Et si nous n’avons pas payé de place assise pourrons-nous l’être quand même ?Merci de votre aide,Cloé, Mathilde et Coline

Hi all,My partner and I just brought a 10 day eurail pass to start in june 15 th this year. I started to plan my journey and to my confusion when i looked at a journey from winterthur to wengen it says not in pass network ?? Also wengen to st gallen ??I thought that this 10 day eurail pass covers switzerland ?? Am i now to find to my horror that this 10 pass may not cover all our journeys and we may be paying much much more.Hoping this is not trueThanks community  

Hello, we are traveling to Germany, Austria and Switzerland in June/Julyi have one leg left to book and can’t get anything to work. Need to book seat reservations from Rothenburg de o Tauber to Grindelwald. We have the Global Eurail 1st Class Pass. Have tried Eurail site, DB, SBB, and can’t get it to secure. On Eurail, it never prompts me to enter credit card number, it just processes and then errors out. I’ve cleared cache, changed computers, gone incognito. any help would be appreciated!!!

I only have an American passport and I’d like to spend a couple years in the UK to do research via the UK HPI Visa. I’ll be staying with a family member near London.Am I eligible for an Interrail pass? I have a feeling I would have complications with showing my US passport and an Interrail pass together.

Hello fellow railers! Does anyone know if there is a direct train from Latour de Carol to Perpignan?

I am keen to start my journey this year from France into Spain on this special sounding train across the Pyrenees, but I am very confused by its itinerary. The Man in Seat 61 speaks of the possibility of boarding in Perpignan but SNCF just barges in and takes over when I try to check that on their site, and only shows TGVs to Barcelona! The other departure point is Toulouse, which is less problematic.What I need please is details of these two routes to Barcelona with the pricing structure, making it possible to do the journey with minimum cost. Also. can I go to one of the above main stations and simply buy a ticket? If it is as inexpensive as it looks, I won’t need to use a precious travel day getting to Barcelona.Thank you! Brian (87, still going strong...)

We are travelling from the UK to Mulhouse in France via Eurostar to Paris, TGV to Strasbourg and then TER to Mulhouse on 11 June. This is one of the days identified by SNCF for strikes by rail workers in France.We are en route to the Alps the next day, so could have travelled via Belgium and Germany instead, but needed to book Eurostar before the allocation of Interall passholder fares ran out, (booked via Rail Europe) and before the June strike dates were announced, and so went for the route through Paris instead.Is there any way of changing the Eurostar booking to a destination of Brussels instead of Paris, other than buying a whole new reservation at 40 Euro per person? As far as i can see you can only change time and date, not destination, on Eurostar bookings.Based on past strikes, SNCF seem to advise only a few days in advance of strike action if a specific train will be running, but that is not much use if there is no way of changing a Eurostar booking a few days before travel i

I’m travelling from London and I’m planning my trip, I just want to know if I have to add London as my starting destination as well as my ending destination 

The start of our trip to Italy begins with a flight into the ROME airport. We are then traveling to Naples. That first journey inlcudes a local train from the Airport to downtown ROME and then a train from ROME to Naples. I had to make reservations on the ROME to Naples train. What I’ve just realized is that the first leg is a train from ROME Airport Fiumicino to the ROME Ostiense station. We then have to take public transportation from the ROME Ostiense station to the ROME Termini station and we have only 30 minutes between arrival at Ostiense and when the train from Termini to Naples is scheduled. There are no 2nd class train options from the Airport station to the Termini station that morning on the Eurail app, so I’m going to schedule a separate train on ItaliaRail from the airport to the Termini station in plenty of time to make the train to Naples. My question is whether it’s necessary to cancel the Journey I already have scheduled and schedule a new Journey on Eurail for just th

Hi, First time Interailer looking to book onto the OBB Nightjet from Brussels Midi to Wien Salzburg. I clicked on the booking option on the Interail site but just get this message.No price results were found. Pass holder reservations may be sold out for this connection, but there are other ways to check for available seats—more info below our timetable.I there another way to book a reservation on this night train as our current trip is sort of built around it? Maybe naive to think I could just book after buying my pass but any advice would be really appreciated. Travel date for night train would be departing Monday 7th July.Thanks,Andy

hello, i was wondering how late i can wait to decide which train and on which day i want to take the train? Is it possible to change your mind on the travel day if already booked? 

Hi, i think i made a mistake with activating my eurrail pass. In dutch (netherlands)  and have 2 number on my passport. One is a document number and one is a personal number. They said to fill in the id number and i filled in my document number. Does it matter which number it is if the pass will match it in eacht europian country i go to. Or do i need to change it to the personal number?

I am planning to travel to France with the Single Country-France Pass. I am traveling from Cologne, Germany to Brittany. The first part of the trip would be a Eurostar train from Cologne Hbf - Paris Nord (e.g.: EST 9426). As I understood, the single country pass does not allow for an included trip to the border within the home country, as the Global Pass does. The Eurostar goes from Cologne to Paris, via Belgium. The question is now, which ticket option I would need to cover the leg from Cologne to the part where the train enters France and technically becomes valid?Do I need to buy an additional ticket for this part or what are my options?Any help or tips & tricks are much appreciated :)

HelloI booked night train tickets between Paris and Berlin with OBB Nightjet. These tickets are non-cancellable and were issued as PDFs.Unfortunately, I have to cancel this trip with my partner because her exams have been postponed at the time of the trip.1/ Do you know if there is a way to still get a refund, even partial, in cases of force majeure?2/ Do you know if it's possible to sell them to relatives and easily change the name on the ticket?Thank you for your help. I am trying to book tickets and both the app and the website are stuck in the loading phase. This has been a problem for hours. I see it has been an issue historically, (2 years ago) and the answer was the IT crew were on it and the user should update the app. I am anxious about deleting and re-uploading the app in case I lose my current bookings.  anyone else having same issue? Anyone has any ideas how to get around this? 

Already bought Eurailpasses, but bought seat reservations through National train companies. Can i add the seat reservations to the Eurail app? if so, how is this done?
