Hello I have read that Lauterbrunnen to Wengen is now included in the global pass, but when I look on the rail planner app every option is listed as not in network. Which route is included?  

I am trying to add Copenhagen-Gothenburg-Oslo to our Interrail trip on 18 June, but there seems to be a problem between Copenhagen and Gothenburg.  It seems to require taking a bus from Falkenberg to Gothenburg, which adds a long time to the journey time.  Is there an interruption to the service (ie bus replacement during track works?) or is there an issue with Interrail passes there?

Hi, I’m Nathan, I’m French and I’m 18. I'm making this post to talk about my interrail trip that I'm going to do with 2 other friends. 🚃🚞🚄Our trip runs from July 10 to July 23. We're leaving from France, to go to these different destinations: - A quick stopover in Hamburg (a few hours before an overnight train)- Arrival in Stockholm (we're staying one night and 2 days)- Night train to Narvik (beyond the Arctic Circle, in northern Norway, where we stay for 2 nights and 3 days).- Return in the opposite direction by night train, passing through Stockholm on the way to Copenhagen. We spend 3 nights there. - We then headed for Prague, where we spent 2 nights. Our final destination is Vienna in Austria. Another 2 nights there, before returning to France. The trip takes a total of 13 days, almost 2 weeks. If anyone would like to meet up in some of the cities we're visiting, it would be a pleasure to meet new people of all nationalities. Hello I have read that Lauterbrunnen to Wengen is included in the eurail global pass, but when I look on the rail planner app every option is listed as not in network.I read some questions asked earlier where it’s mentioned it’s a bug on the eurail app. I want to know what should we do in this case. I think we have to add a trip to our journey and then create a ticket for that. I want to know how can i do this for Lauterbrunnen to Wengen route.

Hello, if I leave the UK early morning (eg 6am), arrive in Turin (Italy) in the evening (eg 9pm) and catch a night train that same evening arriving in Messina (Italy) the next day, is that 1 or 2 travel pass days?Thank you!Julia

Hey! I put me and my moms (who’s pass I put in this request) passes in the Mobile app, and i put them about two weeks ago. The problem is, i put same days, mut the app put my moms start date at 25. April when it was supposed to start at 25 June. I noticed it just now and Its too Late to change it. I was sure i put our dates at the same time and the validity has started but we have Planned the trip in july and not now. My own pass is at the right time but hers isn’t. I am underage and I don’t want to ruin this trip because of the apps mistake on my Phone. Can someone change my moms date to 25. June, we have not used Any on the days or bought Any train tickets yet. It was a mistake from the app and I would like to change the date.

I will be travelling from Paris to Mannheim on may 10th, but I am finding it a bit difficult to make a reservation. I got into this link for the DB ( see below) and found that I can make reservation for the train I want for €5.20, which is much cheaper than the €20 reservation through the local trains in France that would take me to Strasbourg. I made the reservation in the DB site and got an email with my seat and car, but there is no bar code or QR code or even nothing that states my name, so I cancelled that reservation. Guys which pass should I buy. I only use trains in five days (28 july, 31 july, 3 august, 6 august, 8 august) but the planner says 6 days…

Hi - I recently purchased tickets for traveling throughout Spain. All of the tickets we purchased were Comfort / Premium.  I know meals or snacks are provided and I just saw that they can be purchased when booking which I did not do!!  Does anyone know if I can go back into the Rail Europe app and try to add a meal?  I did a chat on their site which said I didn’t have to pre-select but it was a robot so I’m not sure I feel completely comfortable with that answer!Thank you in advance.

I am booking a trip from Innsbruck- Ljubljana- Budapest-Vienna-Prague-Krakow-Zakopane-Warsaw. I want to book an overnight train from Prague to Krakow for sure, and potentially an overnight train from Zakopane to Warsaw. Initially when I booked my Eurail I wasn’t planning to go to Poland, so I booked a 5 day in 1 month pass (2nd class). For this new itinerary I will need 7 days in 1 month. Am I able to modify my pass and get 2 days added for an extra charge, or am I better off booking the other trains on their own?For the overnight train to Krakow from Prague it seems like the Chopin is the best choice since I would like a sleeper car and the Regiojet only has seats available. Am I able to book a sleeper car through a reservation for the overnight train to Krakow on Eurail, or is this not possible? What about for the train from Zakopane to Warsaw? Am I able to do this with a 2nd class pass? What would be the additional cost? Thank you for any information you can provide!

I have got a reservation on the  Trenitalia train from Paola to Siracusa on June 4th, (have a global pass). The train is Intercity 723, dep Paola at 12.37 , arriving in Siracusa (Sicily) at 18.28.  I chose this train specifically because it is loaded onto the ferry rather than having to change at Messina.  It shows on Trenitalia and in the Rail Europe timetable, but not on the app. I’ve loaded it manually onto ‘my trip’  but am worried that this won’t be accepted by the conductor on the train. Any advice would be much appreciated.  Thanks!

I'm travelling with family from zurich to venice, however given different coach and seat with my 2 year old son in trenitalia. There is no email contact given by ticket. How do I make the changes on my ticket?

Hola, tengo un pase, viajes agregados, y reserva de asientos para el primer día, para el segundo viaje tenía que esperar 150 días antes de partir para poder reservar asiento, es obligatorio en mi viaje, y el primer día de poder reservar me sale que las reservas están agotadas, lo he comprobado durante 15 días y nada, sigue agotado, he probado con otros horarios y ocurre lo mismo, me gasto más de 300 euros en el pase para luego no poder subir a tren porque no me deja reservar? Que solución tengo? Tengo ya hotel en destino y sino puedo viajar que hago? 

Bonjour tout le monde,  1 an après mon premier voyage InterRail (qui était super cool), je viens soliciter à nouveau votre aide précieuse.  En effet, je compte partir en voyage InterRail le samedi 24 mai au départ de Montpellier, le sud de la France, le tout pour une durée de 2 semaines (jusqu'au 8 juin).  Je vais faire 6 villes (et 6 pays) car je veux passer 2 nuits dans chaque ville. L'année dernière j'étais passé par l'Allemagne au début et à la fin de mon voyage car ça me semblait plus simple mais je veux changer en passant par l'Italie ou la Suisse. Que me conseillez-vous comme trajets pas trop longs et comme villes intéressantes s'il vous plaît ? Depuis Montpellier je trouve ça difficile de faire des trajets pas trop longs jusqu'à un pays voisin... Merci à vous !

Good day, We are 2 travelers. Both passes are on my phone, and wevare travelling for more than a week without problems. However, now I need to book a reservation on a train, and when I want to add the second traveler, it says the surname and pass number do not match - while I copy them exactly from the app. Can anyone explain this, and please help?Thanks!

Hi,I want to take the nighttrain at 22:18 at Milano P.Garibaldi (Italy), I would arrive at 20:50 at Milano Centrale (Italy) from Zurich, would that be enough time to transfer from one station to the other? And does the train from Zurich usually arrive on time? Thank you!!

I purchased a 4 day Eurail pass several months ago. I did not know that the pass needed to be activated. I then purchased several seat reservations, not knowing that they were not being applied to my pass. How do I fix this? Am I just out all the money I spent on seat reservations? 

Hi, I wanted to book seat reservation only for ICE going from Karlsruhe to Strasbourg, but via the interrail app I cannot find the optin to choose the seat. Are they going to just out you somewhere? Also the price is no 21Euro for 40 minutes travel (for the reservation), last year I paid 5,80. Does anyone know, what´s going on? Reservation for SNCF from Strasbourg to Bordeau is 21 Euro, last year it was 10… Any ideas? Thank you, guys! 

I live in the UK. What if I buy an interrail pass but then can’t get a reservation on the limited seats in the Eurostar? Is it maybe better to buy the Eurostar separately and then start the interrail pass on the continent?

I purchased a global pass for 4 people. I installed the app on my phone, but I was only able to activate my pass. Does each person need to have their own app?

Hi, I was tried to make seat reservation for my trip but unfortunately failed from apps and also Webpage keep refreshing. I went through others webpage such as ÖBB it show the Ticket not available.My trip detail: Spiez › Milano Centrale - 8:05dep ~ 10:50arr (Date: 5 Jun 2025)It show seat available in the Trenitalia webpage but I unable to book with EURAIL GLOBAL Pass for only seat reservation. 

Hi. I searched in Rail Planner found a trip detail as below:Venice S.Lucia (dep) > Rome Termini (arr)Time: 16.26 ~ 20.25The seat can not be reserve and trip is different from what I searched from Rail Europe web. In Rail Europe most of the trip shown "Rail pass doesn't apply for this trip".

If someone could shed a bit of light I would be most appreciated.   I have not activated my pass yet as we are not using until 8 May 2025.   In my trip I have London/Marseille, which is connected to a “mobile Pass” and both bookings have our names on it.   I have also added other trips on various dates that we are going to take which say “Not connected to a mobile pass”, will they be connected to my mobile pass once I activate and I make them into a journey, still trying to work that part out?   I also cannot see the details of those trips that I have created, which makes it hard to know what I have actually booked, if that makes sense.   I have never used once of these passes before.  I am sure someone will know the answer.   Thanks.
