Reservation Amsterdam Centraal - Hamburg HBF- leg is cancelled

Hello, me and my friend are trying to reserve seats for the Amsterdam Centraal - Hamburg HBF at 9:10am -2:14pm. We tried multiple times but we keep getting a message telling us about part of the leg of our journey is cancelled. Can anyone tell us what this means? We have reservations to stay the 2 nights in hamburg

Hello,We are a group of 9 people and we have the interrail pass (2 adults and 7 young people. This summer we want to make the trip and we have to reserve seats on 4 trains:- Barcelona to Lyon- Brussels to London- London to Paris- Lyon to BarcelonaWe want to buy the reservation of all the seats together since we are from a scout group.How do I do it? because on the web it won't let me process it and the Rail Planer application tells me that I'm not registered.Thanks.

Unable to leave the Netherlands today due to technical failure. How to cancel my today's trip?

Hello, At this moment I was supposed to be on my way to Copenhagen, but due to technical failure at the Dutch railways, I never even made it past Amsterdam. I would like to know how to proceed from here.Attempts to reach out to support while still on the rail failed, as no one could give me any information  about an alternative way to reach Germany so I could continue my travel by train from there.So I would like to cancel my trip from today, as I am unable to finish it, and try again tomorrow. In addition I would like to know how I will be compensated for the inconvenience, now I will have to cancel meetings I had planned for tomorrow.Kind regards,Anna

Unable to book seat reservations Marseille-Sable

Hi all, I’m trying to book reservations for traveling from Marseille to Sable (Or Sable-sur-Sartre) on April 24 using my Interrail Global Pass. The Interrail website shows availability in multiple trains, but when I log in it says “SEAT RESERVATIONS UNAVAILABLE” for all the trains… I also checked on https://travel.b-europe.com/ and the prices are more expensive and there is a limited amount of trains (just 2! And I checked on other websites to check if places are available on that day and there are for a lot of trains!).I will be landing in Marseille on April 19, so I guess I could go to the train station to get my ticket but I am scared that there won’t be any places left because it is peak season… Do you think it would be worth it?Also, I have the same problem for my train from Sable to Paris, except that there is only 2 days between the time I arrive and the time I leave so I am just afraid that there won’t be any seats anymore. I decided to get the interrail pass because it looked

Eurail self-reservation page shows a trip which is not visible in the mobile app

Hi,I have purchased a eurail global pass. Today I tried to reserve a seat for a train ride on June-2022. I could see the the train ride in the self-reservation page in https://www.eurail.com/en/book-reservations#/. Also I tried to search for the same train ride in the Rail Planner mobile app. However, the mobile app does not return the specific train ride. I tested in both android and apple devices. Has anyone see the inconsistency between the search results between the Rail Planner mobile app and the self-reservation page in https://www.eurail.com/en/book-reservations#/ ?

All the ferries in greek island are free for Greek island pass holderDoes Eurorail global pass holder also get free Ferry rides.

i want to finish my reservation with rail planner app, but i can't

Dear sir or madam,Hi my name is Jihyun Gong, i just purchase a eurail pass with my friend.We made a plan with rail planner app delightly, but some issues we faced.First, after add some schedule list in ‘my trip’, and turn on yellow slice button, and we didn’t get confirm email.And we found some notice  ‘ seat reservations required’. But when we click that schedule, we couldn’t find to pay.So we entered a eurail website with my computer, and added my schedules, and cart some schedule for pay. But some schedule, like paris to venice ticket, couldn’t pay directly. So I enter another site to get a seat reservation, but that price was different with eurail pass’s price. We have a mobile ticket, no paper. And our journey will start 15th, april. Gare du nord - Bruxells midi: do you just show the Interrail Pass?

Hi, would anyone know information about getting on the train from Gard Du Nord to Bruxelles? Do you present your ticket before boarding or onboard? We can’t find anyone with information for Interrail or travel at all. Some help would be great

Hi,i have an interrail global pass, 4 days/month. I used three of them to travel to France, in France and back (so i used the inbound/outbound trips). Now I have one remaining travel day.I need to go from Munich to Kiel/ Berlin soon, any way/ hack I can use the travel day for that?Otherwise it is “wasted”.Thanks in advance!

The planner showed several connections for Munich - Cambridge. But the reservation tool not.

Dear community,I have an urgent question. I read that it is possible to travel spontaneously with interrail. I bought a pass and want to travel from Munich to Cambridge tomorrow and from Cambridge to Vannes on sunday. THe planner showed several connections. But the reservation tool not. There is actually no bookable connection as it seems for both journeys.How can I realize my travel plans? Is the reservation tool not connected to the planner? (WHY???)Thank you for your help.

No possiblity to book TGV tickets via different plateforms

Hello  I just bought my first interrrail ticket and want to book a tgv from Brussels to Marseille. According to the interrrail platform it was indicated that the TGV line should be taken for this route but that additional fees will be charged for booking a place. Ok. But no way to book the tickets or get information from scnf (I called there for more than an hour to get the specialist that does not know about it and tells me to go onside to a French station to ask the question... Well I do not live in France) or sncb (the indicated phone number to ask the question for international transport is not working...) if I buy FOR SURE the tickets on Day of departure at the trainstation…So here is my question : did someone else experience this and how did you solve the issue?Because if I have to pay a separate ticket for a tgv then I have been confused by the interrrail plateform and I cannot use my Global Pass...

Night train Madrid to Lisbon?

Hi travelers!  This summer, me and my brother are going on a trip to Spain and Portugal. On our 5th travel day we would like to take the night train from Madrid to Lisbon. We know this train exists, but cannot find any available reservation options. Does anyone have experience taking this night train? Hello!My question: Is it possible to use the Global Pass almost entirely in just 1 country?We want to buy the Global Pass so we can depart from and return to our home country. But otherwise we would use the pass in 1 country only. Is that possible/allowed? Thank you!

Eurail Mobile Pass + Seat Reservations in Italy

I have a mobile Eurail pass with the rail planner app. This is a 5 days in 1 month if that matters. I have booked my train reservations through the Eurail website, and so I have those papers printed and in my email, they all have barcodes. Then, within my Eurail rail planner app, I have those same ticket times I booked, and they are in “my trip”. Do I toggle those for travel days to add to my pass, and then that barcode in the app is scanned to confirm my Eurail pass, then I have to show the email ticket for them to scan to confirm I have a seat reservation? And do I use that mobile barcode to get through gates in the train stations?I just want a play by play of the boarding process. So - arrive at station, use mobile barcode for that travel day to scan and get through the gates, board train, the ticket person comes around and needs to scan both my phones mobile barcode, AND the other barcode that I received when I purchased seat reservations? Correct?hope this was clear, thank you!

Update of timetables

HI, me and my girlfriend are trying to organize an interrail travel from milan to Bodoe (norway) and we want to start travelling on the 15 of june. But on the interrail app or website the timetables of the trains are not updated so we cant make our reservations. We try to look for examole the train from Milan to basel and on the Trenitalia website the time table is already updated. So how we can do to organize our travel?Thank you.

Mobile pass - When I add it to the rail planner app will it automatically activate or will I have to do this myself?

I’ve just bought my mobile pass. When I add it to the rail planner app will it automatically activate or will I have to do this myself? Does the 11 month time period that I can use the pass still count once I’ve added it to the app (without activating it)? Do I have to activate it days/weeks before I plan to travel or when I’m boarding the train and will this date have to be put in when i add the pass to the app. Thanks!

Eurail for multiple travelers

I am traveling to Spain at the end of September 2022.  I am traveling with 3 other travelers.May I order (and pay for) all 4 Eurail passes myself? May I make tickets and reserved seats for all 4 passengers? I am making 3 trips at the end of September 2022 and the first week of October 2022.  Can the ‘3 days 1 month’ restriction span months (Sep-Oct in this case)?Thank you.

Booking seat reservation issue (Barcelona to Amsterdam)

Hi everyone my boyfriend and I recently bought the 4 day global pass and one of the trips we are trying to book is a route that goes from Barcelona to Amsterdam on May 29th. All routes on rail planner that go from Barcelona to Amsterdam require us to stop in Paris first. We are able to book the train from Barcelona to Paris but all trains from Paris to Amsterdam on that same day say “seat reservation unavailable” and “prices temporarily unavailable”. My first thought was that it is sold out but do train reservation really sell out that fast when we are this far ahead from the trip? If so that's fine but I wish Eurail offer alternate routes that goes from Barcelona to Amsterdam.

I want to to visit Italy.I want to take the night train from Bologna (Intercitynotte 35075, departure: 23:10) to Lecce (arrival: 9:00).I would like to reserve a place in a couchette car. Outbound Journey from UK

I am planning to travel from Leeds (UK) to Paris on my first day.(Using a ‘Global’ 7 day pass) This would involve a train from Leeds to London then Eurostar from London to Paris. Does all this count as a single ‘Outbound’ journey or would it be classed as two separate journeys ?Thanks

I am non-EU Citizen but currently i am living in germany for Study (i am under 27 years old). I am going to travel together with my family from south east asia to germany,  I saw the ticket today, Eurail global pass is even cheaper than the interrail global pass. Therefore, can i buy Eurail-pass instead Interrail pass?
