I cannot find the Caledonian Sleeper (from London to Scotland) in the list of night trains. Is Interrail valid on this train?

Reservation for friends

Hi I need help again, so I added my friends to my trip with their Mail and their order number. We all have the mobile pass, however when I want to make a reservation, the prices are unavailable. Since we have a really long trip (Vienna-Copenhagen), we would like to sit together but I do not understand how we are supposed to reserve a place next to each other.

Mobile stuck

Hey everyone So I activated my pass on my phone but some days later my phone broke and the shop sent it to the factory. The owner off the shop gave me a new phone and I tried to do activate my pass again on my new device but then it said: “your pass already activaded on another device”. what do i have to do? I travel from Belgium to Sweden on the fifth of july. Thank for the help

No more travel day left while not having travelled at all :(

Hi, i’ve bought a 5 day ticket GLOBAL PASS and i’ve activated it just after for August 2021. While i was looking for the reservations, the trains i often put the journey on ADD TO PASS not knowing it would have any consequences to my PASS… Now i have 0/5 left on my journey and i don’t know what to do because my trip i planned on August and i haven’t take any train and it seems like i can’t use my pass anymore and i’m gonna have to buy another one ? Can someone help me to fix the situation, i feel stupid not understanding this but i would like to go back.. THANKS for your help !!

Taking a night train on last day of Pass validity

Hi, my pass is valid till the 14th of July. I want to take the nighttrain from Vienna to Amsterdam. If I take this the 14th and thus arrive the 15th, would this be valid? Or should I schedule this one day earlier so that I arrive the 14th in Amsterdam? ps: Interrail is really one of the most unreachable companies ever. Bad bad service!

Train connections not showing in the App (Norway- Sweden, Ireland and Bulgaria - Turkey

Compré un pase Global Pass para 3 meses y comienzo mi viaje el 7 de Julio. Es un viaje largo y en la planificación me he encontrado con las siguientes dudas/problemas: Si bien en el mapa ferroviario de la web de Interrail aparecen los tramos. A la hora de buscar horarios para reservar no arrojan resultados. Agradecería me pudieran decir cómo lo hago para reservar y tener mi pase en mi app. Los tramos en cuestión son: Oslo- Estocolmo Dublin - Belfast (ingresamos a la página del tren que correspondería ¿Debemos pagarlo aparte o podemos presentar el pase a la hora de comprar el pasaje? Sofiía - Estambul Yo resido en Hungría y uno de los viajes tiene '’escala'’ en Hungría (Zagreb- Sofía) ¿Hay problema de que pase por Hungría? (considerando que sólo tengo un ingreso y una salida desde mi país de origen. Espero poder conseguir respuesta por este medio. Greek Islands- which are connected?

Hi! I would like to buy the greek islands pass but I want to check first which greeks islands are connected and if it worths it (for example I would like to visit mykonos, santorini, milos and creta. Is it possible?! Or is it difficult?). I can't find the connections between islands in the interrail page (it seems as only a few of them are connected) and I would be very happy if someone could solve me this doubth! PCR testing

Question, I am planning on using the rail from Copenhagen to Berlin, and after 3 days head to Prague and after 3 days across to Vienna and after 5 days head back the same route in one straight shot of 21hrs. With a PCR validity of 72hrs, do the different locations have testing centers for non-residents in transit?.

Why does the planner say that Goerlitz - Dresden hbf is not in the pass network?

Wir wollen mit dem Global Pass von Freiburg aus nach Wien, Bratislava, Krakau, Lodz, Breslau nach Chemnitz. Pässe haben wir gebucht, aber wenn ich Verbindungen von Polen nach Deutschland suche, steht immer "Not included" da. Kann ich diese Tage im eigenen Land nur zum Startort nutzen? Oder woran liegt das? Oder hat jemand noch eine Idee, wie wir ohne extra zu bezahlen von Breslau nach Chemnitz kommen?

Entry Sweden From Norway

Hi my friends and I wantna travel via interrail from oslo to stockholm. We cannot do a reservation on the train tho, bc the train is not shown there. Is the railway tansport restricted bc of corona?

Interrail Add Journey Error

Hey everyone, I bought an Interrail OneCounty Italy Pass a few days ago and I connected with the Rail planner app. And when I try to add a destination (Benevento - Firenze) it says: "Your Pass isn't valid in some of these countries". It keeps giving me this error. Can any one help me?

Hi everyone, I’m going with some friends to Norway this summer, and I was wondering if it’s mandatory to be fully vaccinated or recovered from Covid within 6 months to enter the country without undergoing a quarantine. And do you know if you can enter to Norway as a tourist, without the Green Pass?

Why is Igoumenitsa not a valid destination?

Hello guys :)I want to book my first pass here in eurail.I want to visit Igoumenitsa in Greece. I searched the map and Igoumenitsa is listed as the destination.However, I cannot specify Igoumenitsa as a destination in the travel times section (no trains are found).Are there any tricks to reach Igoumenitsa anyway with a Global pass? The algorithm found a route to Bari. I would need a ferry than to reach Igoumenitsa. Do I have to book the ferry then spontaneously? When “yes”, can I be sure, that my Europass is counting for the ferry? Thanks for your help in advance!

Hi, I am looking to use Interrail for the first time. I am wanting to travel from London to Italy. When planning my route, would I need to add London onto the route or would that be left out as it would be my Inbound/Outbound trip? Thanks Chelsea

How to make seat reservations for a group with mobile passes?

I can make a reservation for only myself (In the interrail reservation system) , but as soon as more than one person is part of the trip it shows “NOT AVAILABLE” for every single connection (even though before it said that there are still many seats available). This goes for any train in Europe as far as we've seen. It says by the grey I (for information) that you can only reserve seats for people who are known in your acount, yet i can't seem to figure out how to add someone with a mobile pass to my account. We'd like to be seated togheter for our trips, is there any way this is possible if we all have mobile passes. I'm really hoping someone can help me I've been researching and trying things for two weeks now. Kind regards

Do transits in my home country count as inbound or outbound?

Hi I am planning a trip that goes Paris-Barcelona-Geneva-Amsterdam-Paris on the inter rail 7 days in 1 month pass. My home country is France and I am intending my outbound and inbound to be the Paris legs of the trip. But, I see that Barcelona-Geneva, and Geneva-Amsterdam all have transits through Lyon in France. Would each layover count as an inbound trip even though I am not intending to travel back to France but as a layover to another country? Would I be able to use the inter rail global pass for this trip?

ID number for mobile pass activation not accepted

Hello! My name ist Pia and I just purchased my Mobile Pass for the next two months. The whole registration process worked out as described until I reached the 3rd and last step, in which one has to activate the pass by entering one´s ID or passport number. I tried my ID number (which is not expired, I checked) lots of times, but the Interrail App keeps rejecting it, asking me to try again. Has this happened to someone else? 2. Nachtzug

Hi🙈 Ich habe noch eine 2. Frage bezüglich der Nachtzüge & der Railplanner-app:) auf den screenshots sieht man bei der Verbindung so ein (+ 1 day)… heisst das, dass 2 Reisetage benötigt werden? Der Zug fährt aber vor Mitternacht ab & man muss danach nicht mehr umsteigen🤔 vielen Dank!🥰 ps: falls ihr sonst noch hilfreiche Tipps für die erste Interrailreise habt, wären wir sicher dankbar🤓
