I purchased three Global passes and they are showing different information. Two of them are showing that we have now used 3/10 days and day 4 as “available”. The third one is showing 3/10 days used as well but shows “May 10” under day 4. Why isn’t it showing as available and will it cause any issue? Thank you 

   Hi all, I have been hearing mix things about what is covered and not in eurorail pass for the above two trips. Some of the routes in this area was recently added maybe. Hi, I’m trying to reserve a seat (have a global pass) from Milan to Nice on 21st August. I understand that reservations should be bookable now being less than 4 months away. The maninseat61 site says to go via Ventimiglia but no results come up. When I try to search for Milan>Ventimiglia in case the French trains aren’t reservable, it says I have to change to Torino but I thought it should be direct?Is there something else I need to try?

Hi all,I’m trying to work out a route from London to Zagreb at the beginning of August. There will be 4 (with 2 older teenagers) of us and we are meeting friends in Croatia.We would have already used our In and Out of home country ticket at this point from an earlier planned trip into Europe. Now I am trying to work out a route down to Zagreb - we have 5 days to use on our passes. I am assuming Eurostar is our best route in and out as well. I did wonder if it would be cheaper to Eurotunnel into France and park up. I could not find anything on this plan, and I know this takes away the rail adventure.My first thoughts were to head to Munich, Vienna, Budapest and then Zagreb - I think this may be too much for a week. My partner really wants to go into the Alps but we are concerned by the prices of Switzerland so could maybe do 1 night there. I was hoping for advice on a nice route to Zagreb which could get the Alps in and Vienna as well. Any thoughts and suggestions would be amazing!We ha

Hi everyone,I am planning for our first trip to Europe, and I have a few questions around seat reservations that I haven’t been able to find the answers for so far. I hope someone can assist me on this.1.    Apart from Eurostar, what other trains have limited seats available for pass holder? I will be travelling on the following trains:IC ICE EC RJX2.    When I book my seat reservations directly with the rail companies (e.g. OBB, DB, CD etc), do I have to explicitly specify that I will be using a Eurail pass? For DB and CD (Czech), I don’t see where I can select Eurail pass during the seat reservation process. As for OBB, I can only see I can add “Interrail/Eurail – Globalpass” as a “discount” during the process but I don’t know whether that is necessary/relevant. I am trying avoid surprises as much as possible, thanks for any assistance in advance. 😀ThanksJackson

Hi everyone!I have the 6-day Greek Islands Pass and I have some questions:- Do I need the app installed like with the regular Interrail pass and activate my pass from the app?- It says trips must be purchased in order. Is the order for the first international trip in order to activate the pass, or do I have to purchase ALL the trips in order? I mean… can I get the tikets for the international days (go and return ) and later, do the reservations for national trips? - Once booked, can I modify my trips? How?- I want to visit Ithaka. It's not included. Can I use any discounts on the Athens to Ithaka route, or is it only valid for those listed on the 3 websites indicated on the pass? This trip is operated by another company i think.- My plan is to visit: Crete (3 days), Rhodes (3 days), Karpathos (2 days), and Ithaka (1 day). Any recommendation about this plan or other destinations?Thank you very much!   

For some reason, the website doesn’t let me delete a trip from my cart (a seat reservation I haven’t checked out). Because of that, it assumes I have used the two credits I have left, so I can’t book any other trips. 

Hello! We are trying to book a train on May 31 from Nuremberg to Rothenburg Ob Der Tauber. All the trains that day show unable to be booked. The problem looks to be the connection in Ansbach. Can anyone tell me what’s going with Ansbach and how we can book a train? Thanks! 

Part of my route is interrupted and replaced by bus transport. Thus arrival time is delayed ; so the route does not work anymore.Is it allowed to use an alternative route which allows (however longer distance via Switzerland)  continuing the trip?

I am trying to book a seat on my first leg from Leeds to London Kings Cross which is an LNER train. The Interrail planner says“Not available from Interrail.euThis seat reservation can’t be booked on our website. Check 'More information' for other ways to book.”Firstly, does this mean that I can’t travel by this train at all?I tried to book a seat with LNER who is the carrier on this train. There doesn’t seem to be a way to book a seat without having a ticket.Can someone tell me how I book a seat in this case?

Hi ! I don't have a smartphone. I would like to buy a global pass before this weekend. Is it impossible just because I choose not to have a smartphone ? 

When I tried to connect a second traveller to the Eurail app, it closed as soon as I selected a trip and clicked “connect this trip.” This happened on my iPhone repeatedly. Any solutions? By the way, the passes were purchased together.  Thanks, MLZ

Hello fellow travellers,I have a one country pass for France and I want to go from Karlsruhe to Dijon this Friday 9th of May. Initially, my plan was to travel to Mulhouse via Freiburg and Müllheim on regional trains using my Deutschland-Ticket. I have (cancellable) reservations for the 17:46 TGV Mulhouse-Dijon. But because of the strike situation, I fear that the TER Müllheim-Mulhouse might get cancelled (it often does) and I am looking for alternatives.Is there a way to get on the TGV 15:12 Karlsruhe-Besançon (TGV) with my one country pass?If I am looking on this page https://www.bahn.de/buchung/start?KL=2&ET=PASSZUSCHLAG I get three offers: a) 15€ Passzuschlag one country (“valid for the German section for users of a one-country pass except German Pass”)b) 35€ Passzuschlag German Rail pass which clearly doesn’t applyc) 19€ Passzuschlag Global pass which clearly doesn’t applyIn my understanding option a) could apply to my situation. Hi/Bonjour, We plan to reach Milan on April 25th (to get the night train to Syracus).We had seats reservation on Brussels-Koln and Koln-Basel, but we just get a message that DB timetable change and we have to find alternative. It look that I can’t book the alternative in TGV via Strasbourg on DB website…What are my passengers rights to get to Basel or Milan (if possible without extra fees...).Thanks for your help ! Joachim    

Do I now have to enter each connection exactly with the pass or is it sufficient to enter the departure station and the destination station for the day?

First time traveller here in Europe and so far using my Global pass here in Italy was a breeze. But, I got a notification that TGV- France will have a train strike on the 5th - 11th of May. I got a train reservation booked  on the 9th of May from  Zurich to Paris. Would this be affected? If yes, any suggestion on how to mange this issues, will be highly appreciated.I already got a hotel booking in France from the 9th - 14th of May. Thanks in advance 

HiWe just finished our Italy 9 days  leg today and travelling to Switzerland for the next 5 days.For this Swiss leg i have activated the following day pass:1. Milan - Lauterbrunen (5th of May)2. Lauterbruennen  to Lucern (7th of  May) On the 6th of May, our plan is to do the Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen and hopefully wengen areas.Do I have to activate a day pass  on the 6th of May?Plan to go in Lauterbraunnen valleys, Grindelwald 1st on this day. Thanks in advance

I have loaded a trip and I believe I have inadvertently activated my pass, although I am not leaving for 2 weeks.  The trip is currently empty of journeys.I have imported the trip we have input into my partners phone. However this is now shown as a separate trip.How can I move my pass to the trip with all the individual journeys enteredOr how can I merge the two trips into oneOr how can I migrate the journeys from my partners trip into my activated trip, without having to re-input every journey. I find the app is not user friendly and is very limited in capability.  Any suggestions will be gratefully received.    

Hi,I’m new here and starting my first Interrail trip from 8th May where I fly to Copenhagen and from 12th May would like to take my first overnight train Malmo-Stockholm and the same day, when I arrive to Stockholm - second overnight train Stockholm - Kiruna. How I should count my days? as a two or three?And where I should book my seat reseravtion?Many thanks for your help X

I have manage to make a reservation for this section of the Bernina express. But since you are not able to add this section to your planner using the app, how do I proofe to the busdriver that I do have a ticket?

Hi, I am planning my summer vacation, but unfortunately it is constantly showing me:“You must split your journey. No connection” and so on. I checked the Finisch railway homepage and there are several connections there. Why cannot I plan it with Interrail Ticket? I am considering now not booking Interrail, but buying separately tickets. What do I do wrong? Thanks a lot in advance for your attention and answers!

I have been asking questions since February 25 , yes I get a response but no solutions just to be given links and told to wait 24 hours . I am now in France about to start our travels and on the “ my trips”  my name has the date and travels and a ticket but on my partner nothing . I have been intouch with customer service on messenger screen shot showed all and told the trips are all booked in both names . But why does she not have them under her name and tickets . As according to the app she would still have 15 travelers but days and according ti what we are told she is already travelling . Very controdictive ! we need to know we have tickets , we are Australians in France with no help , for two seniors travelling this is making out steam trip very stressful . Please help 

I will travel with a friend in Portugal in June and we want to book trains. We know that seats reservations must be reserved in Portugal but can we book just tickets for the train without seats before, in a french train station ?Thank you
